Ellen began teaching fitness several years ago after feeling the inspiration of being in a group fitness (aerobics) class. There was something about feeding off the energy of other participants that was motivating and energizing. She realized motivating others to fitness was a calling she could not ignore.
Ellen enjoys teaching various formats to include TurboKick kickboxing, Muscle Condition and Bootcamp and dance. While teaching various formats, she realized her love for dance could be enhanced by teaching dance to others. In seeing dance as an extreme form of self expression, she decided to begin teaching and encouraging students to participate through Zumba and Dance Party X-treme (DPX).
Being healthy and fit is a lifestyle. The more you incorporate fitness into your life, the more you incorporate all the benefits that go along with it.
Ellen has recently fulfilled her dream of opening a fitness and dance studio where she currently teaches Dance Party X-treme and Zumba.
